Due to a fire in the area of the 1000 block of Spring Street the following streets are closed. East Roosevelt and Spring Street and Grandview and Spring Street. Due to freezing temperatures please use caution when traveling south on North Union Street as the roads may be icy. There may be large amounts of smoke in the area. Please be alert to emergency personnel in the area.
