Parking Ordinance 2019-1364 was enacted on 7th August 2019. It relates to updating the parking of certain vehicles in the borough. This update adds travel trailers and recreational vehicles, trailers of certain types, vehicles with 3 or more axles and boats of class 2 or 3 to the list of restricted vehicles from parking on borough streets. The police department will be placing a copy of this new ordinance on vehicles in violation for a period of 45 days from the date enacted as a grace period/warning of the violation.
