Police incident currently ongoing on North Union St between Spring St and East Water St.  All homes and businesses on North Union St between East Water St and Spring St are to evacuate immediately.  All effected individuals may go to the Middletown Borough MCSO building located at 60 West Emaus St for safety.  There will be no pedestrian or vehicular traffic permitted on North Union St between East Water and Spring St.
