On 1/17/2022, Middletown Borough Police responded to a Check the Welfare incident in the 600 Block of Spring Street in the Borough. 

An 18 year old female was found to have been involved and became aggressive and belligerent, as Officers discovered a party, including this underage and 18 YOA female.

The female is being charged with False ID to Law Enforcement and Underage Drinking.
