On 1/31/2022, Middletown Borough Police were dispatched to a Reckless Driving complaint. 

The vehicle(s) involved were located and a subsequent DUI/Drug Investigation was started. 

This investigation resulted in one male being charged with DUI - Controlled Substance, Small Amount Marijuana, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Careless Driving. 

A second male is being charged with PWI - Marijuana, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
