On 3/17/2023 at 2059 hrs police were dispatched to a business in the area of Main Street and Union Street for an Intoxicated/Disorderly person.  The individual left prior to police arrival, however responding police units observed him walking away and attempted to speak with him.   He fled from police on foot and was not apprehended.  If anyone has information on the identity of the individual in the attached photographs, contact the Middletown Borough Police through "Submit a Tip" or County Dispatch at 717-558-6900.
