Violation of a Protection from Abuse Order, Resisting Arrest – On 7/3/2025 at 1228 hrs in the first Blk of N Race St – 36 yr old Mark Pitts from Middletown

Harassment, Criminal Mischief – On 7/3/2025 at 0852 hrs in the 400 Blk of Apple Ave – 52 yr old Patricia Williams from Lancaster

Scattering Rubbish – On 7/2/2025 at 1750 hrs in the 200 Blk of E High St – 48 yr old Paula Beatty from Middletown

On 6/23/2025 two fights/altercations occurred at two locations in the borough, the 300 Blk of Grant St and the area of Cortland & Linden Sts, involving multiple juveniles and adults.  The following persons were charged as a result of the police investigation –

Theft of a Motor Vehicle – On 7/6/2025 at 2200 hrs in the 500 Blk of Spring St – a 16 yr old juvenile female from Middletown

Disorderly Conduct – On 7/7/2025 at 1942 hrs in the area of N Union St and Park Circle Rd – 23 yr old Brainol Gallatte from Harrisburg

Intimidation of a Witness – On 6/21/2025 at 0400 hrs in the 200 Blk of Sage Blvd – 43 yr old Ryan Musser from Middletown

Terroristic Threats – On 7/19/2025 at 1758 hrs in the 300 Blk of S Lawrence St – 54 yr old Allen Shrader from Middletown

On 7/15/2025 at 0810 hrs a narcotics search warrant was executed at a residence in the 600 Blk of E Main St.  As a result of the warrant the following persons were charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia –
