On Friday, February 28, 2020 at approximately 0803 hours, Middletown Borough Police received a dispatch in reference to a missing person.  MPD received the following information:  ANDREW NORMAN KERSHEW, a black male, 71 years old, 5'09, approximately 126 lbs, bald, gray beard, most likely wearing an army camouflage jacket, grey hoodie, bucket hat and sunglasses.  KERSHAW does have Alzheimer's and does NOT drive.  KERSHAW has walked away from his residence; 501 Linden Street, Middletown, PA 17057 in the past.  KERSHAW was last seen at his residence around 11:00 PM.  Any contact or the whereabouts of KERSHAW, please notify the Middletown Borough Police Department or call 911.
