On Saturday, February 29, 2020 at approximately 1144 hours, the Middletown Borough Police received a dispatch at Karns Market; 101 South Union Street in reference to seeing Andrew Norman Kershaw.  Officers responded to the area immediately as contact was made with a Karns employee advising that cigarettes were sold to Kershew.  A picture was provided to the employee, who confirmed Kershaw was in Karns.  Officers searched the entire surrounding area with negative results.  Officers then returned to Linden Street where contact WAS MADE WITH ANDREW NORMAN KERSHAW. 

ANDREW NORMAN KERSHAW IS HOME AND IS SAFE AND SOUND!
