Police are attempting to identify the male depicted in the attached media.  On 3/27/2025 at 0715 hrs a resident of Woodland Hills Apartments left their building to walk their dog.  They observed the pictured male sitting on the steps of their building.  When returning a short time later they observed the same male walking away from the area but looking over his shoulder at the resident.  Upon returning to their apartment they discovered a purse missing that had been on the kitchen counter.  The apartment had been left unlocked while they were walking the dog.  The attached media is from a video obtained from a resident in the same building.  Anyone with information on the identify of the person depicted is asked to contact the Middletown Police Department at county dispatch 717-558-6900 or through Submit a Tip on CrimeWatch.
