DTMA will have Sand Hill Road from Roush Road to Nye Road closed to install an underground pipe.  This will be a complete closure of the roadway and will occur today, November 16th and tomorrow November 17th during the daytime hours.  The roadway will be open to traffic during evening and nighttime hours.
