Expect heavy travel conditions today, especially this afternoon prior to the Guns N' Roses concert at Hersheypark Stadium.  To mitigate traffic issues associated with large concert events and their impact on traffic in the village area of Hershey, the "slip ramp," which normally permits northbound traffic from Park Boulevard into the main parking lot, will be closed on Saturday, July 31st from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.  All traffic wishing to gain access to the parking lots for this concert event will need to use Hersheypark Drive.  Persons who still use northbound Park Boulevard are reminded there is a No U-turn restriction at the intersection with Hersheypark Drive.  Best access for parking lots will be Hersheypark Drive via PA Routes. 39 & 743, and U.S. Routes 422 & 322.  Access to Hershey's Chocolate World and the normal north-south travel of Park Boulevard will not be affected.
