Starting Wednesday, September 16, 2020, work will begin to re-pave the areas where roadwork had previously been conducted in connection with PPL's underground vault replacements.  There will be full closures of Elm Avenue between Cocoa Avenue (743) and West Governor Road (322).  The closures will be a block or segment at a time and flagging personnel will detour traffic around the closures.

The next phase of roadwork in this area will move to West Governor Road as this phase wraps up. The work for this same project on Sand HIll Road will involve full closures of Sand HIll Road and Forest Avenue at certain time periods.
