The Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General released information today regarding a joint investigation between our department, their agency, and Lower Swatara Township Police Department. Three individuals have been charged with operating a complex criminal enterprise that targeted retailers in four central Pennsylvania counties, resulting in approximately $60,000 in losses. The trio allegedly stole from stores such as T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and Home Goods, and then resold the merchandise online for profit. The investigation and arrests were a joint effort between the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, Derry Township Police Department, and Lower Swatara Township Police Department.
