UPDATE: Coffee with a Cop (and Taekwondo) was held this morning at the United Everest Taekwondo Academy and was a HUGE success! Students of all ages provided a very impressive demonstration of their skills, and even taught a few of us the proper technique for breaking boards! Two of our regular attenders are pictured here making it happen! THANK YOU to our very kind hosts and to all of the students who came out to participate!

On Friday, June 21st from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., join Swatara Township Acting Chief of Police Thomas Stauffer for a cup of coffee or tea, light refreshments, and TAEKWONDO!

This event is being hosted by our friends at the United Everest Taekwondo Academy located at 995 Eisenhower Boulevard, Harrisburg PA 17111. We will have our normal friendly conversation and a special demonstration from some of the Academy’s students! Don’t worry, there will be no need for you to volunteer as part of the demonstration :-)

"Coffee with a Cop" provides people with an opportunity to personally meet with the police in a friendly casual setting, discuss community matters of interest, learn more about the Department, offer tips, and share information directly with Swatara Township Police Officers.
