Curtis C. Morris, Jr., 35, Hershey, PA was arrested on allegations he assaulted another person. Morris was charged with Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault in reference to an incident which occurred on August 17, 2020 at about 9:30 am in the 1800 block of Wexford Road, Hershey, PA. It is alleged Morris shoved the victim down onto a couch and repeatedly punched the victim in the back of the head with a closed fist. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, which are considered serious. Morris was arraigned at the Dauphin County Judicial Center and was released on $10,000 bail.
