The bridge that traverses the Swatara Creek on Fiddlers Elbow Road has reopened.  The bridge replacement project is complete to the point where the bridge could be reopened.  There is some leftover work being done by crews and heavy pieces of equipment are still being removed from the construction site.  People using this route between the Middletown & Hummelstown areas are asked to take care when using this route.  This roadway has been closed for some time and residents in the area will not be used to seeing an increase in traffic.
