The Swatara Township Police Department will be participating in the upcoming Aggressive Driver campaign, which will start on July 6^th and run through August 30^th 2015.  Our officers will be conducting enforcement details throughout the township and will be focusing on aggressive driving violations.  These types of violations include speeding, texting while driving, red light violations, tail gaiting and others.  We would like to remind all drivers that aggressive driving leads to accidents.  The majority of accidents that we investigate are the result of an aggressive driving or negligent action by one or more drivers.  Please be safe out there!
