The Dauphin County Chiefs of Police brought the Advanced Leadership Consortium to the campus of Penn State Harrisburg and convened a roundtable discussion on October 7, 2014 to discuss the events that occurred in Ferguson Missouri in the aftermath of the police shooting of Michael Brown.  

The written synopsis of the discussion which has been distributed to the membership of the Dauphin County Chiefs of Police and also to the general public on Monday evening January 19, 2015 as part of the Living Water Church event entitled Beyond the Rhetoric to Reconciliation: A Discussion on Race, Justice, and Faith.
