Swatara Township, Swatara Fire-Rescue and the Swatara Township Police Department will have a modified version of our "Meat and Greet" on July 4th.
From 11am until noon hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for curbside to-go pick up at the Swatara Township Building.
Swatara Township will also have non-perishable food items available in the adjacent parking lot. We ask that you limit your selections to 10 items to give others an opportunity. Also all CDC COVID-19 guidelines are to be observed. Plan to wear facial coverings and observe social distancing rules.
Non-perishable food donations are accepted 24 hours a day, a drop off bin is located at the Swatara Township Administration Building entrance.
Both the "Meat and Greet" and Food Relief Program are FREE events. They are first come first served and based on limited availability. Future events will be announced.
