The police department would like to remind residents that parking a vehicle on a sidewalk, or in such a position that blocks a sidewalk, is illegal and you may receive a parking ticket for the violation.  Even if your vehicle is in your own driveway, it cannot block the sidewalk.  This regulation can be found in the PA Vehicle Code (Title 75) under section 3353a(1)(ii).
