As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our facilities, the Swatara Township Police Department will be undergoing renovations starting Friday, August 15, 2025. During this time, our lobby area will be closed to the public.

Rest assured, our department remains committed to serving our residents. If you require police services, please contact Dauphin County Communications at 717-558-6900, and we will respond to your location. Alternatively, if you need to visit the department in person, the main Township building will remain open, and an officer will meet with you there.

Additionally, our drug drop box will continue to be available to the public inside the Township building.

We anticipate the renovation process to last through the fall season and expect to resume normal operations before the end of the year. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
