Swatara Township Police welcome a new Officer.

On July 18, 2022, John DeLuca was sworn in as a Swatara Township Police Officer, by Magisterial District Judge Smith.  John  was born in New York and graduated from the University of Albany in 2015 with a bachelors degree in Sociology.  Prior to joining Swatara Township, John was a Police Officer with the New York City Police Department for six years serving in the 108th precinct in Long Island.  John is being assigned to A Platoon to serve the citizens of Swatara Township and Paxtang Borough.   Please join us in welcoming Officer John DeLuca to our Department and our community.
