On June 11, 2025, the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police responded to a report at Aldi involving an unknown adult male who kissed a 5-year-old girl. The suspect had already left the scene when officers arrived. LPBP Officers spoke with the child's mother, who stated that neither she nor the victim had any prior contact with the male. An in-depth investigation led to the identification of the suspect as Harvi Gadalla. Gadalla was subsequently charged with one count of felony unlawful contact with a minor, one count of misdemeanor indecent assault, and one count of misdemeanor corruption of minors. On October 1, 2025, Harvi Gadalla was apprehended and arraigned by MDJ Hanif Johnson, who set bail at $50,000.00. Gadalla was unable to post bail and was remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
