On October 10, 2025, at 12:05 a.m., the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Colonial Rd and Ethel St. During the stop, the Officer noticed fraudulent inspection stickers on the vehicle and requested the driver, Nysaire Outlaw of Philadelphia, PA, to exit the vehicle so further inspection of the stickers could safely be done. Outlaw refused, prompting the Officer to explain that it was a lawful order and that failure to comply could result in arrest. Additional Officers arrived, and Outlaw was given multiple opportunities to exit voluntarily. However, as Officers attempted to remove him from the vehicle, Outlaw began punching them, causing minor injuries to three officers. A taser was deployed, and Outlaw was taken into custody. Outlaw received medical treatment at a local hospital before being transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center, where he was charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault on Law Enforcement Officers, one count of Resisting Arrest, one count of Obstructing Administration of Law, one count of Altered/Forged/Counterfeit Documents, and other traffic-related offenses. Following arraignment by MDJ Wenner, who denied bail due to the seriousness of the offenses, Outlaw was remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
